The staff was friendly and helpful . the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. i found water refills available freely, convenient after long walks. the room had character. I appreciated that.

the room i stayed in was quite small, this made opening luggage a bit difficult.

the front desk staff provided good advice for navigating the area, and they assisted with directions. the team was warm and accommodating from arrival to departure. the staff were helpful, assisting with any needs or questions i had.

broken safe unreliable wifi

I was annoyed that the in-room safe was broken , rendering it useless. the breakfast was also a letdown. The powdered eggs and microwaved bacon were not appetizing. the wifi was unreliable , cutting out entirely for a day , , made it difficult to plan activities.
